Warranty
All products sold on our website are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival).
Refunds will be issued after inspection and confirmation of the returned product’s condition.
Exclusions
The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
